Dengan menggunakan layanan SnowCeline, Anda dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh syarat & ketentuan ini. SnowCeline berhak memperbarui atau mengubah syarat & ketentuan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

By using SnowCeline’s services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms & conditions. SnowCeline reserves the right to update or amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.

2. Layanan SnowCeline

SnowCeline menyediakan produk dan layanan eksklusif. Informasi terkait produk, harga, ketersediaan, serta promosi dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan.

SnowCeline provides exclusive products and services. Product information, prices, availability, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Pemesanan & Pembayaran

  • Pemesanan dianggap sah setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi.
  • SnowCeline menerima metode pembayaran yang difasilitasi melalui Client Advisor via WhatsApp Chat (transfer bank, kartu kredit, Tokopedia, QRIS, cicilan kartu kredit).
  • Keterlambatan atau kegagalan pembayaran dapat menyebabkan pembatalan otomatis.
  • Orders are considered valid once payment is confirmed.
  • SnowCeline accepts payment methods facilitated through our Client Advisors via WhatsApp Chat (bank transfer, credit card, Tokopedia, QRIS, credit card installments).
  • Delay or failure in payment may result in automatic cancellation.

4. Pengiriman

  • Pengiriman dilakukan sesuai dengan alamat yang diberikan pelanggan.
  • Estimasi waktu pengiriman dapat berbeda tergantung lokasi dan pihak logistik.
  • SnowCeline tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan akibat pihak kurir/logistik, namun Client Advisor via WhatsApp Chat akan membantu proses tindak lanjut.
  • Shipments are made to the address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics providers.
  • SnowCeline is not responsible for delays caused by couriers/logistics, but our Client Advisors via WhatsApp Chat will assist with the follow-up process.

5. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

Seluruh konten, desain, foto, dan materi pada SnowCeline merupakan hak cipta milik SnowCeline. Penggunaan tanpa izin tertulis dilarang keras.

6. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

SnowCeline tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, kehilangan keuntungan, maupun kerugian yang timbul akibat penggunaan produk di luar fungsi yang semestinya.

SnowCeline is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any damages arising from the misuse of products beyond their intended purpose.

7. Hukum yang Berlaku

Syarat & ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia.
